The experience was more fun than I ever anticipated! I found myself surprised at how natural the words came to me as I talked about a company culture I am deeply proud of and have invested much of my life into. As I write in my book, Chick-fil-A is not in the chicken business, we’re in the people business. I hope that more and more organizations come to realize and stand behind this same belief.
